Description
Floor/Captain manager needed in NYC with comparable experience and an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
To be considered for this role the ideal candidate should have the ability to lead and communicate with floor staff effectively.
Must use interpersonal skills adequately to communicate respectfully but firmly to maintain company policies and protocols.
Role will involve interacting with guests and leading employees.
Ambition to deliver a superior guest experience is a must.
Environment is artistic and creative.
Experience/ Qualifications: Several years experience managing teams
-Strong, but pleasant voice in order to handle situations adequately
-Great customer service attitude and approach
-Ability to staff and organize floor efficiently
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Competitive pay, based on experience.
