We are a fair / equally paying artist collective with a wonderful community. Deposit of 2 months to move in, all utilities + WIFI included except minimal AC summer cost in summer. ONE space available in 6 person shared space divided with an internal wall. You will share the internal-side of the studio with painter and a multi-media artist. Big section of wall and some space in our shared shelves, great for a painter or a sculptor. Use of shared wood shop, large 24/7 freight elevators, and a secure building with 24/7 security.
