We are an established edgy comedy podcast called Umbrellaholics. After season #1 we are in 12 countries / 30 states and growing. As we gear up for season #2 in the fall, we'd like to have some new characters on the show. These characters can be quick call-ins, tenants in our fictional NYC building, or sometimes sit-in guests. If you are an aspiring comedian or actor seeking a comedy podcast to showcase your talents, we could be the one. We create loose scripts but are very open to improv and welcome it! There is no pay but it is a fertile playground to be your artistic self. Your commitment to how long you'd like to stay on the show is up to you. It is a bi-weekly show. We record twice a month and the recording time is about 2 hours. However, most character actors we get in and out in about 20 minutes so it's relatively pain-free. Everyone is welcome!
