Groundskeeper for 2 short term rentals on one property

Currently looking for a groundskeeper for the grounds around 2 vacation houses on a 25 acre mountain lot. We would be looking for someone to handle snow removal, driveway grading, lawn mowing and weed wacking and general maintenance of driveway, yard and trails, etc. Regularly checking/inspecting the property and identify needs proactively -- we hope the individual will take an interest in the ongoing condition of the land the way we do in an effort to give our guests a delightful experience. Thorough and consistent communication with property owner. Miscellaneous handyperson type tasks/projects would also be helpful but not required. This is an ideal for a retired person or student looking for extra income. Intangibles: we're looking for someone trustworthy and nice who takes pride in their work and who lives close by so that stopping over for 45 minutes on short notice is not a problem. The biggest part of the job is likely to be snow removal and the amount of that work will vary considerably. For instance, when snowing frequently we might need plowing/snow blowing (with our rig) multiple times in a week.
