A tasting and thorough exploration of all things cherry, presented alongside a selection of cherry wine, distillations and cocktails. From farm to foie, we follow this versatile fruit through all of its best and brightest combinations. This playfully elegant meal will feature five courses of food and drink, locally farmed and sustainably sourced ingredients, and most of all plenty of cherries. EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute is a 501(c)(3) organization. We give formerly incarcerated adults a foundation in the culinary and hospitality industry while providing a support network necessary for their long-term success. Our mission is three-fold: to teach a skilled and in-demand trade in the culinary arts, empower willing minds through passion for hospitality management, and prepare students for a successful transition home.
