The Quins with special guests 3rd Left and Surfliner - $20 Presale // $25 Door - All Tickets GA - Doors 7pm, Music 8pm - 21+ Event About The Quins: The Quins are not afraid to embrace their roots in classic rock, blues, punk, and soul in a way that doesn’t feel overdone and fits into a contemporary market that spans multiple genres. Their live shows reach a level of energy that engages the crowd, brings them closer together and shows the younger generation that guitars are still cool. Existing in the vein of their heroes Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Queen, Grateful Dead, Johnny Winter, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix and The Eagles, The Quins should've been born in 1942 like the rock legends of old. They are not intimidated by the modern times and embrace the fact that they may have to stand alone fighting to the death for what Rock and Roll truly is: unapologetic, raw, and real. About 3rd Left: The band 3rd Left was created at U Mass Lowell college by three founding members Hitch, Zak, and Pierce. As a band they quickly rose to popularity in New England and Boston areas throwing a party every show for their fans. They recorded 5 albums, bought a bus for tours, opened for national acts, headlined popular venues, and played in well known music festivals. They also have a rotating squad of killer musicians that add vibrant and distinct tones and textures to their music, such as world class sax man James Calendrella. Then covid 19 hit, and they were stopped dead in their tracks like many other musicians. After a year and a half not playing, the fellas are revitalized and ready to get the ball rolling again, already adding shows and music festival dates to their schedule. Are you ready to dance again? About Surfliner: In the studio, Surfliner is Tyler Wyatt and Sam Worley, two young musicians from the choppy coastline of South Shore Massachusetts making jangle jazz-fusion in their own signature DIY style. Both self-taught musicians, the duo started recording demos in Worley's barn during their high school years. A few years of gigging, developing chops on their instruments, and honing in on their inspiration culminated in their debut LP Kiska, released in January of 2019. With the addition of John and Harris Carlson of Asbury Park, NJ on bass and drums respectively, Surfliner took their act out of their hometown and across the Northeast. Out of high school, they experienced a period of profound growth both for each member individually and the project as a whole. The sound and style of the band picked up grittiness in the small clubs of New York City, sunniness at the Levitate Music and Arts Festival near Cape Cod, and introspection in the woods of Western Mass. Constantly falling in love with new music across genres and international borders, they continue to gather an eclectic bundle of influences and refine them into one signature sound, drifting somewhere between surf rock, bossa nova, and jazz funk fusion. Soundcheck Studios is a complex for musicians.  A place and community where musicians can practice, exchange ideas, collaborate, and perform.
