Preferred skills: :Two or more years' experience in property / apartment maintenance. :Ability to work with multiple deadlines, maintaining efficiency and control over projects assigned within time frames allowed and changing priorities. :Basic maintenance skills, including painting, drywall repair, minor carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair, landscaping and basic knowledge of HVAC. :Must be able to lift 50 lbs. perform repetitive stooping, bending and kneeling motions, and able to climb ladder to perform high reach duties. :Ability to organize, prioritize, and set standards to achieve goals. :Willingness to train in new maintenance skills. :High school education or the equivalent of an apprentice program or trade school in the building trade.
