my brother and i are getting old we are from south fla we been here for 15 years and house is so run down.we need a younger to maybe get are place livable again and we we die sence i have no family to leave it too so i can leave it with you but plz be under 30 so when we die you wont be to old.plz im me only so my brother don't take it the wrong way thanks.
