Our warehouse is located in Belgrade Montana, we are looking for a team of drivers to be based out of the Butte area to accommodate our routes in the surrounding areas. We are growing and expanding our territory every day! The outstanding candidate must be: Professional and have excellent customer service skills Able to carry and lift up to 100lbs safely Work as a team with a positive attitude Responsible, Reliable and care about the customers' needs Strong work ethic; handy with basic tools. Must be able to pass a criminal background check; pass a drug test; be 21 years of age, have a clean driving record, and be insurable (no DUI's within past 5 years). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivery of high-end furniture to our clients in the surrounding area. Crew deliver, set up in the room of choice, some items require assembly and remove debris. High level of customer interaction and customer service skills. Must be able to have the ability to use your cell phone to complete deliveries using the delivery app, and take photos as well as customer contacting. Communication effectively and timely with site lead and dispatch. Paying attention to detail is a must. The ideal candidate is someone who cares about doing a good job and has a positive can-do attitude and has the ability to do overnights when needed, the regular route is Thursday night overnight in Whitefish, hotel and per diem are paid. Long days, mostly windshield time paid on your hourly rate. The days typically are 12-14 hours, you could get 24-30 hours in three days. There are incentive bonuses based on reviews and the performance of deliveries. The vary but are rewarding and can be very generous and all self-driven, you control the outcome of the bonuses!
