Description
Need a Property Manager for numerous rental properties in Near-East Indianapolis.
Must have access to a maintenance team as properties are undergoing major renovations
$750 @ month plus expenses
Duties include:
o Filling Vacancies (coordinating with City agencies to house homeless veterans)
o Collect rents (not all tenants can pay electronically)
o Advising on Evictions and attending court, if necessary
o Coordinate with Office manager with info for accounting and reporting purposes
