Looking for someone who can start ASAP to do various odd jobs-install new knobs/deadbolt hardware on some of the doors, installing several light fixtures, installing a new light/vent in bathroom (the plumbing for the vent exhaust is already done in the attic so it should be fairly easy for someone who’s done it before), install a new glass bypass shower door, install floating shelves in kitchen, attach floor transition hardware….We are prepping our house to list for sale, so there might be more as we go.
The person does not have to be a professional, but must do professional work. Must be good quality work that will pass a home inspection.
