Looking for a Project Manager/Estimator to join our team.
Salary will depend on experience.
Must have ability to read construction plans and document as well as general knowledge of construction terminology and estimating.
Communicate with project superintendents, coordinate equipment and material deliveries.
Review contracts, pricing, change orders, submittals and RFI's.
Be effective in multi-tasking, working within a team.
