Join Flying Bison in celebrating 21 years of existence the only way they would want to...with raucous polka music, friends & tons of beer! Celebrating our 20th anniversary properly last year was out of the question. After thinking about it over a few beers we figured it was more fitting to celebrate turning 21 anyway. Now that we're "legal", it's time to party! We've invited our friends (and polka party band extraordinaire) Those Idiots to make up for some lost time by whipping our partygoers into a polka, pop & rock induced frenzy. Caputi's Sheridan Pub will be set up outside the party tent serving up some delicious food, and Buffalo Distilling Company will be alongside them with Krupnik & Mafia Sauce cocktails. More details TBA. Admission includes one beer token & 3 hours of live music; ages 21+ please. Flying Bison Brewing Company is a packaging brewery located in the city of Buffalo, and the first stand alone brewery to operate in the city proper since Iroquois Brewing closed its doors in 1972.
