We attribute our success to the effective working partnerships we create with both clients and staff Your Responsibilities: The Maintenance Technician will be based at a large 38-acre residential family community in Burlington, VT and will be responsible for the completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, janitorial, and grounds keeping. The work hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Your Qualifications: The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. This is a great opportunity for someone with limited knowledge or experience who is looking to join a supportive team and learn more about building maintenance and property management. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and have a strong customer service philosophy. This position includes participation in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required.
