Property Caretaker Position Available Looking for an extremely responsible, experienced, Property Caretaker. Please Note: This position does not include housing. Must have experience with handling chain saw and other equipment. Responsibilities Include: - Maintaining Trail System, Water Bars, etc.. - Cutting and Splitting Wood - Plowing Driveway - Landscaping, Weeding, Pruning Etc... - Light Carpentry Work - Painting - Home Maintenance and Upkeep - Keeping Trails and paths clear - Cleaning Machinery, Tools, ATV,'s Etc.. Full Time/ Part Time Hours will fluctuate depending on skill set.
