🌺Kick off your Sunday with a Restore Yoga Class and stretch out those achy joints and muscles!
Come join us on Sunday August 8th at 10:30am! Bring your mat, water and blocks if you have them.
Please arrive up to 20 minutes before to register and get yourself "sixuated"!

About the Class:
Calling all runners, spinners, constant- sitters, and never-quitters. Whether you’re training for a half-marathon, pushing weights, or stuck behind a desk all day, Y6 Restore classes are for you. These classes emphasize floor postures to stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains.
What to bring:
Yoga Mat, water bottle. ( blocks are optional )
