Description

Join us on 9-11-2021 to remember the 20th anniversary of 911 Patriots Day. Includes firsthand 911 accounts & prayer for those we lost. Please join us on September 11, 2021 as we remember the 20th anniversary of the day we now call Patriots Day. Together we will remember the lives of those lost and honor the memory of the heroes who went into the smoke-filled halls of the Pentagon, the stairwells of the twin towers, or got out of their seats on Flight 93. Former Wing Commander of Kirtland Airbase General Eric Froehlich was in in the Pentagon that Tuesday morning in 2001. General Froehlich (retired) and Mrs. Stephanie Froelich will both share their firsthand accounts about the impact this event had on their lives as officers in the Airforce, on their family, and what it means to never forget. During their time at Kirtland Maj. Gen. Anthony J. Cotton, the 20th Air Force commander, said of the Froehlich’s, “They are the number one wing commander and wife team in the Air Force.” We will all be blessed by the testimonies of these two veterans who have faithfully served our nation, their family, and have sought to honor God in all they do. The 911 20th Anniversary Prayer and Remembrance Service will begin at 10am at Faith Lutheran Church (10,000 Spain Road NE Albuquerque, NM 87111). The program seeks to glorify God who is with us in our darkest hours while honoring the heroes and loved ones we lost. The morning will include first-hand accounts by veterans Eric and Stephanie Froelich, a video remembrance, music, and prayer as we never forget. Guests are invited for coffee and refreshments following the service. Faith Lutheran is a dynamic Christ centered and bible based community of believers seeking to follow Jesus.   Find out more at www.faithabq.org.
