A morning workshop to prepare choral singers for the beginning of the new choir season.
• Facilitated by Andrew Motyka, Director of Archdiocesan and Cathedral Liturgical Music.
• Re-learn (or review) singing fundamentals like anatomy, body-mapping, breathing, posture, listening, sound production, and much more.
• Re-equip yourself with vocal exercises so you won’t be so out-of-shape when the choir season begins.
• Re-start off on the right foot by building good singing habits after a long time away.
• Re-acquaint yourself with other singers after a year and a half away.
• Cost is $10 per person, lunch included. We will conclude at noon with sandwich lunch in the parish hall.
Andrew Motyka is the Director of Archdiocesan and Cathedral Liturgical Music for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.
