BENEFIT CONCERT by FANTUZZI & Da FLEXIBLE BAND Fantuzzi comes to Albuquerque for his dear friend Dr Blue's long overdue roof repair!For so many long fabulous years, Dr Blue has done amazing things in ABQ. He's the cornerstone of 3SidedWhole and a force to be reckoned with. Of course, all Dr Blue's energy over the years has gone into others - building community, supporting individuals, connecting groups and creating an astonishing assortment of events and happenings that are woven into the history of this place by now, like it or not. All that excitement means certain things got neglected, like making sure the roof over his head was gonna stick around as long as he was. Now it's really past it's last expiry date and we need YOUR HELP to stop it raining in Dr Blue's living room! We want to resume drum circles and house concerts and invite you all in again!!! Please come to support this roof repair fund-raising concert, it's a 3SidedWhole event.....family friendly!! Enjoy the unique, timeless joy of FANTUZZI with the Albuquerque Flexible Band - it'll be an eclectic mix of Fantuzzi's fabulous Latin, Reggae, Afro-Funk with a Mystic Twist - grooves to moove you and words to open your heart. Sat August 14th 6pm to 8pm, doors open at 5:30 Where: Leo's backyard - 223 Amherst Drive NE, 87106 (Near Campus and Amherst near UNM) Admission: 10 $ donation or more, we'll gladly accept whatever you care to give.THIS is an outside concert. Limited to only 20 chairs available. Please bring your own blanket/chair. Bring your own snacks/drinks. No dogs please. Fantuzzi events are always spirit-centred, compassionate, community affairs.
