Looking to start playing jazz/swing again

39 year old dad here. I used to go to Berklee for trumpet but I don't play anymore. I'm strong on theory and I can comp jazz chords on the ukulele and sing baritone. I'm looking for like-minded people to jam with, casually at first but I'd be interested in making it a regular thing eventually.
