Suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a slow paced, yet challenging class that uses long held, deep stretches, and deep breathing to target the connective tissues of the joints that are often the source of inflexibility. This class is a perfect complement to more strength building styles of yoga and as a practice all to itself. Come regularly and experience improved health, greater ease in movement, and increased flexibility in leaps and bounds. Bring a sweatshirt and wear loose comfortable clothing.
There are no cancellations for in-person classes. All new memberships and packages (except discounted packages) are accepted for in-studio classes.
