Need 1,100 sqft of engineered wood glued down install with quarter round. No paint for it already matches planks in color. And 70 sqft of mesh tile installation on master bathroom floor and quarter round. Will need to sign a contract prior to beginning the job and will need to see some previous work. Final payout is the following Friday from the week completed. So whatever week you finish on a Friday you get paid the remaining balance the following Friday. This is so the inspector can come and sign off on the work or make any requests for any adjustments they need to be done before that Friday so the remaining balance can be paid out. Calls only.
