Tarantino is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance for Commercial building in the Greenspoint Area. Responsibilities: · Complete tenant service requests, develop and maintain positive tenant relations · Communicate with Property Manager regarding the issue at hand, scheduling the repair and following up to make sure the repair was completed to the satisfaction of the inquiring tenant · Develop a building maintenance plan and budget so as to allow for the efficient operation of the properties and tenant retention · Assists in the maintenance and repair of mechanical HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems · Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs & ballasts, picking up grounds, touch up paint and parking-lot maintenance · Perform repairs on doors, hardware, lock, windows, ceilings and floors Requirements: This is a full-time position requiring regular Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. · Valid driver’s license. · Reliable transportation. · Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. · A minimum three plus years of property maintenance experience is preferred. · Hands-on experience with customer service, rough and finish carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, equipment maintenance/operation and facility repairs is a required
