Come enjoy Sunset Yoga during the new moon for Self Care Sundays! All levels welcome
Hey Friends! Bring your mat and come flow with us in nature during the new moon. During this session we will explore accessible postures while focusing on grounding through breath and alignment. Yoga is meditation in movement. Yoga is also great for building strength and flexibility in both the body and mind. A continuous practice will allow you to move past your comfort level, build stamina, increase focus, and self-confidence no matter what level you are at. The key is being brave enough to show up on your mat without judgement. Our goal is to provide a brave space for exploration, relaxation, and enjoyment.
*We will meet at the back entrance of the park near 29th st and Poplar. South of the entrance are tennis courts and a basket ball court. Enter behind the hill. We will be located on the grass pavement with the rock formation. If you need additional help you can reach us at 312.884.9173 before class starts.
