We have 150 Work Orders a month, with 2-5 appliances per claim. And, currently only one manager technician to serve the community. You will be busy, not bored or any lack of knowledge. This Is A Great Time To Learn As You Earn, However, This Is A Long Term Commitment And Not For The Clock Hours. The Position Entails Make Ready Parts And Supplies For Installations, Perform Diagnosis Of Appliances And Customer Service. You will be trained on multiple levels of the restoring process. If you don't have any skills in the market, then don't worry, because what you will learn here, will take you places long after if you decide this work is never-ending and secure for decades to come. You are evaluated by personal commitment and the yearning to strive to be the best. Type A's are preferred, but not Mandatory. Appliances these days and home mechanics are in a conflict and we provide the cure for what ails the client. We even educate Construction Moguls and Master Electricians With Their Own Appliances, while we explain the concept of Series Circuit Schematics, OEM Parts, Equipment Built In The Past vs Today's technology. Most electricians and construction business owners overlook the engineering and design of the most important parts of a home, viz Appliances. A home without properly functional appliances is Only A Shell To Keep Us Warm and Protected. However, without our appliances, we literally do not live well....and, most of our civilized society demand these amenities. What you will be doing: * Learning metals and their use in a series circuit schematic * Learning to diagnose damaged equipment * Learning to interact and provide clients with information for prevention of appliances investment loss or downtime * Learning to restore the appliances * Testing parts, motors, compressor, relays, wiring, and circuit boards * Learn to remove and replace parts on any Appliances, residential and commercial equipment * Learning to practice safe procedures, perform in a safe manner and follow up with clients to ensure that we did over and above what other competitors fail or do not have the quality of professional technicians working for the clients, as we will when you join. * Record Keeping, Tracking and Researching Parts * Follow Safety Procedures when working on the appliances, as we consult with the clients on factors involved in the breakdown of equipment So, with that being stated, we have continuous work and forecast out to 6 years or more. These times are unprecedented. Hours are 9-5 with 5 days on, potential to earn commission or piecemeal daily on an added day of work. Laptop and smartphone required.
