I am looking for someone who is willing to provide pictures of real estate investment properties within the Grand Rapids area. This would consist of taking pictures of the exterior, each of the interior rooms, flooring, ceiling, mechanicals (HVAC / Water Heater), etc. The request would be to provide enough pictures to understand the condition of the house and hopefully be able to determine if there are any concerns related to any rehabilitation required for the house to be in suitable condition for living. Pictures should be uploaded to a shared Google drive account following the visit with a checklist. Each house should take 45 minutes to photograph. I am offering $75 / home that is being reviewed.
