Local PT resident looking for commune/house-share person

I’d love something to work long-term, but if the vibes aren’t there, it just feels kind to move on. I need like-minded (i.e., good vibes, open, learning, self-care, deep, value alone time, good communicating ability, planetary kindness, co-op shopper) people to live amongst. Yes, a room or space that’s private, and access to all the simple human needs. Money isn’t a problem up to a point (600 or less is comfortable). Love small spaces. Enjoy common spaces where I can join or not, as comfortable. Would like to stay in reasonable proximity to co-op. I don’t really fit a “type” as I’ve tried out many “lives”. Just crave home and flexibility. Natural tendencies include caring for garden, home or animals, cleaning/sweeping, headphones or silence, cordial and mediating, like a comfy home, vibe included. Not a fan of technology noise, too much social, disorder.
