**********************************************************Each family must submit a 2021/2022 S/Y Permission/Waiver form for each event attending. This form will be sent to the email address provided in Eventbrite when you registered. The form MUST be completed and submitted before the event.**********************************************************Per the American Disabilities Act: during the registration process, if you have a special needs request, please place your specific need(s) in the text box for the person you are registering. The school must be informed at least 2 weeks in advance of the field trip/event to allow staff time to plan for implementation of the accommodations.
