Happy Hour Yoga and Wine Tasting at the Santa Barbara Wine Collective in the Funk Zone every other Monday until the end of August! Join me every other Monday this summer on the patio at the Santa Barbara Wine Collective in the Funk Zone for Happy Hour Yoga and Wine starting at 5pm! I will lead us through a 1 hour yoga flow, with options for all-levels of practitioner. Following the yoga, we will enjoy a wine tasting featuring 3 local wines from Santa Barbara County. I will lead us through the wine tasting and provide tasting notes, information about the grape varieties, the winemakers, and the winemaking processes. Bring a mat, a hat, water bottle, and a friend! Snacks are not provided as of now, but you are welcome to bring food! Glasses, wine, information and instruction included. Water provided as well.
