A Five Course Tasting Dinner pairing Henhouse Beers with Hank & Hazel's Sausages Hank & Hazel's is super duper stoked to invite you to a Sausage & Beer Pairing dinner featuring the beers from one of our all-time favorite breweries, Henhouse Brewing, out of Santa Rosa, CA. Henhouse will have one of their Cicerones at the event to tell us the brewery story, and tell you about each beer as you taste it. Chef Michael will design each course of the dinner to compliment the beers, featuring them in the dish, when possible. Seating will be in the well-shaded backyard at Hank & Hazel's. Each picnic table accommodates 6 people, and the vibe is super relaxed. Feel free to bring friends and build your own table, or you'll get the chance to make new friends as you select your seats. The ticket price includes four savory courses, dessert and beer pairings with each course. The ticket price does not include gratuity for the staff, so please consider tipping in cash at the event if the service meets or exceeds your expectations!
