All applicants must have a drivers license/ state id. Pass a background check, and drug test. Be physically fit, and able to carry 100lbs Crew members: $13-$17 must have common courtesy, reliable transportation recommended, good customer service skills. Knowledgeable angling and getting furniture out of narrow hallways, tight corners. Knows how to wrap furniture with furniture pads, properly know how to use a handtruck, and have experience with disassembling and reassembling furniture. Crew Leader: $18-$25 in addition to the crewmembers requirements. Reliable transportation is mandatory. Having a DOT card is recommended, must be extremely experience loading furniture into box truck. Must be trustworthy will occasionally handle payment with customer. Responsible for safety of crew and making sure crew arrives on time to jobsite.  This is a part-time job, must have flexible schedule and be accountable. If you can only work weekends that is fine if you can only work three days a week that is fine
