Job description We are a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company that will provide on the job training. We need an Installer with excellent communication skills, experience, attention to detail, and savvy to handle bathroom remodeling tasks including carpentry, customer service, job site management, among others. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated with a high urgency to help others, communicate well, and be highly organized. We are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to work really hard with minimal direction and to take initiative to improve processes. Remodeling or construction trades experience is required. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows. Must Have Reliable transportation (truck required to pull trailer) Ability to pass a background check Excellent communication skills High attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Organizational skills Ability to problem solve Ambition and be self-motivated Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
