I am new to El Paso. In trying to pinch my pennies, I am considering signing up for Budget Billing for my electric bill. I'm being offered $100/mon for 12 months, but I'm not sure what the average cost of electric is for the year including the cooler months. For reference, I live in a refrigerated air home that about 1600sqft. Whats the average cost of electric? Is it worthwhile to do budget billing? Thanks!
