Local Property Management Company looking for make ready and maintenance technicians.
HVAC and non-HVAC technicians welcome to apply.
Previous experience in multi family maintenance is a must.
Must have own tools and transportation.
Must be able to pass a criminal and background check.
Positions requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs, drywall, painting, etc. etc.
Hands-on repairs and maintenance work constitutes majority of time and duties.
