Description
• The Maintenance Lead will complete specific maintenance and housekeeping duties, as directed by Community Manager.
• Works as part of a team to ensure responsive, efficient, and thorough service to residents and the entire community.
• Maintenance personnel will be required to complete assigned duties in a timely manner and handle after hours emergency calls, and be on-call, as needed.
Requirements
• Prior experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
