Hill Country Blues Stars in Ripley, Mississippi for the 2nd Annual Alice Mae Blues Festival Grammy-nominated Hill Country Blues superstar Garry Burnside, son of Hill Country Blues legend R. L. Burnside, has organized this festival in honor of his late mother, Mrs. Alice Mae Burnside. Performers included in this star-studded lineup include Kenny Brown, Mark "Muleman" Massey, Duwayne Burnside, Kent Burnside, and of course the Garry Burnside Band! New addition this year: 3 hour guitar workshop! 9 am until noon at the Ripley Arts Council theater in Ripley, MS. $150 fee Includes VIP admission to the Festival and Lunch at Grace Cafe. Plus photo ops with instructors and friends at Ripley Blues Alley. Participants will be invited to Jam with the Burnsides at the end of the festival.
