Calling the UofSC class of 1971! This event is just for you! Come back to the 2021 University of South Carolina Homecoming Weekend for your 50th reunion! The UofSC Alumni Association wants to celebrate YOU all weekend long! Want to know what has changed on campus since you were a student 50 years ago? Join us on a campus bus tour exclusively for the class of 1971. A student leader will be guiding you through campus, giving you all the updates from recent years. We will meet at the Pastides Alumni Center at 1 p.m. to check in and grab a sweet treat from Ally & Eloise Bakeshop before loading onto the bus for the tour. The tour will begin and end at the Pastides Alumni Center. This campus bus tour is only open to the class of 1971. Class of 1971 graduates may bring one guest on the tour. Registration is required. Please register by midnight on Sunday, October 3 to secure your seat on the bus! After joining us on the campus bus tour, come back to the Pastides Alumni Center on Friday evening for inaugural Gamecock Gala. The Class of 1971 will receive a special recognition during the program! Get your tickets to the Gamecock Gala HERE. Parking Parking convenient to the Pastides Alumni Center is available in the Park Street city parking garage (parking fees apply). Several city parking garages are located in the vicinity. Garages/parking spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Safety Guidelines Due to the rise in COVID-19 cases from the Delta variant, we strongly encourage all vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals to wear a mask to UofSC Alumni Association events.
