Disabled Veteran needs help

Hello I'm a disabled Veteran. I need help with my yard. Due to all the rain my yard is over following with grass and weeds front and back. I have a bad hip and ankle. I am on arm crutches so I can't do any yard work. I'm on limited income. Please help.
