The FOA Middle School Experience - 5th - 8th Grade Parent Education Meeting We would like to invite our 5th - 8th grade parents/guardians to join us in the Middle School building on August 26, 2021 for the FOA Middle School Experience. This educational meeting will explore the Middle School classroom and its three-year cycle. The Middle School Teaching Team will give you an inside look into our Middle School Montessori environment, goals for the academic year, information about the curriculum, the Adolescent, the MS grading system, the Spanish program, the 6th-grade year, and information about the 8th-grade trip. Schedule for the Evening: 5th and 6th grade Parents Only - 5:30pm - 6:30pm - Social and Dinner 6:30pm - 7:30pm - Parent Meeting 7th and 8th grade Parents Only - 5:30pm - 6:30pm - Parent Meeting 6:30pm - 7:30pm - Social and Dinner Please register for your meal choice through this Eventbrite link. Catering will be provided by Honeybaked Ham and will be served in individual boxes to limit food handling. Sweet/Unsweet Tea and Water will be available. **For this event: Masks will be required while INDOORS by all who attend (regardless of vaccination status). The meal will be served on the outdoor decks of the Middle School building. **Parent Only Meeting - childcare will not be provided and due to limited space and seating, we are asking that students not attend this meeting.
