No Gi Combat Jiu Jitsu/ Jiu Jitsu Event Combat Jiu Jitsu is a No points, no advantages, Submission only event. The focus is on finishing the fight with no stall tactics utilized, All submissions are legal with the use of open palm strikes once opponents are taken to the ground. The J Jitsu portion is a high paced, No Gi match, with all takedowns and submissions being legal. Focusing on the essence and meaning of Jiu Jitsu rather than the sport point based system that inhibits athletes capability to finish the fight in the manner required, rather than worry about the position and points of Jiu Jitsu.
