Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily is looking for a hardworking, resident focused, and dedicated individual to fill our Maintenance Technician position for our property in San Jose, CA The Maintenance Technician provides support, and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move-ins, residential satisfaction, expedited service, and personal attention to the resident. The Maintenance Technician responds to our resident's service needs and is instrumental in helping Pinnacle deliver superior customer service to our residents. Requirements: • Time management skills • Communication skills • Painting, carpentry & general maintenance skills • Knowledge, understanding and demonstration of preventative maintenance • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Suite of Products, internet navigation and online applications a plus. • Previous experience and HVAC certified required. • On call hours are required.
