Affordable Facility Solutions (AFS) is looking for Janitors who want to be a part of an organization that positively changes lives! If you have janitorial skills and are ready to work in a fast-paced school environment, we want to hear from you. ABOUT AFS: AFS primarily serves private schools throughout the Bay Area. We do everything from nightly janitorial work to specialty projects and playground reconstructions. We are growing and that's why we are hiring janitors that care about providing clean environments and quality service. DUTIES: • Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping of buildings • Removing trash and recycling • Cleaning and stocking communal bathrooms • Dusting and cleaning common areas • Removing small and large debris • Assisting with pest control measures • Buffing, stripping and waxing floors REQUIREMENTS (A successful candidate will possess the following): • High School degree or equivalent preferred. • A minimum of 1 year of experience in janitorial work strongly preferred. • Knowledge of janitorial practices and procedures, including sanitation. *For more information and to apply, please contact us
