Staging Inventory/Warehouse Manager

Join our 20 year established and thriving staging company supporting Rossmoor and the Walnut Creek area! This position is part-time Monday through Friday, approximately 25-35 hours a week. Most days will begin at 7:30 am in the warehouse. About 1/3 of the work can be done remotely. Job Responsibilities: * Provide clear direction, updates, and changes to Staging Mover/Driver crew. * Organize and maintain the warehouse, by colors, items, and rooms. * Track, organize and share all inventory coming and going from warehouse to homes, from homes to warehouse, and from house to house. * Order and assemble new inventory. Repair, clean, and maintain current inventory. Sell or donate old/depreciated inventory * Carefully pack and unpack items for staging jobs * Load van and vehicles with staging project items * Track staging project closeout schedule and manage communications with Realtors and team. * Coordinate with the Staging Team frequently on closeout dates, inventory status, and escalation support. * Occasionally support the team in the field with delivering and placing furniture, packing homes, and other responsibilities to support the success of the team. Requirements: * Highly organized - meaning you love to organize anything and everything * Inventory management experience (process and systems implementation and management) * Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages at any given time with confidence and grace. * Loves change management (scheduling, projects, inventory tracking) * Thrives in a dynamic environment (working with a team and working alone) * Enjoys problem-solving and engaging with customers and employees to create solutions * Knows how to use basic tools (screwdriver, hammer, tape measure, etc) * Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and team lift 50-150lbs. * Google Suite proficient * Excellent written, verbal, and shorthand (text) communication * Must be able to speak and understand English. * Valid CA License & Clean DMV Record. * Experience driving larger vehicles (cargo vans and SUVs) * Must have a reliable source of transportation and phone. * Smile and have fun!
