DJ for 50th bday

Looking for a hobbyist or an up-and-coming DJ, someone who may just may be starting out with a good music library, a couple of PA speakers, a couple of dance floor lights, and a mic for a 50th bday party. No sub-woofer wanted. The party will be held on 9/11/2021 with music starting at 7 pm and ending at 11 pm. You can arrive prior to 7pm to begin setting up. No 10 pm noise ordinance. Casual attire is OK. No kids attending, only adults. Expecting anywhere from 30 - 60 people. The DJ will be on the roof deck that is approx 1,700 square feet with an area of grass that will be the dance floor. Lots of electrical outlets. Only thing is that there is no elevator and the DJ would need to go up 4 flights of stairs. They did offer to have people help carry equipment up and down. FYI - There will be people smoking cigars if that is a concern for the DJ. RAIN PLAN: Will move to unit downstairs PARKING: There is free street parking Music Style: No country. Likes 80s, 90s, Disco. Fun wedding wide variety. This would be through an agency that could lead to more work in the future. We specialize in working with DJs just starting out or hobbyist DJs who just do this on the side to help them gain them exposure while also helping clients with smaller budgets. Pay for this event is $50 an hour x 4 hours + $50 for a couple of lights + another $100 for the stairs totaling $350. The client will pay you the $350 directly in cash upon arrival.
