Come work for a great company!  Blankstein Enterprises, Inc., a property management company, is hiring for a full-time Carpentry/Building Repair person.  Our well established multifamily property management company is seeking an experienced customer focused, reliable and detail oriented person to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate must have experience in carpentry and building repair including (but not limited to): Framing Wall Repair Drywall Kitchen counter and cabinet installation and repair Door and window/screen installation and repair Repair/replace windows, door and bathroom hardware. Flooring experience must include both installation and repairs to vinyl floors and ceramic tile floors Installation of wall and floor tile and vinyl flooring. You must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record and a reliable vehicle that you are able to use for work purposes.  We reimburse mileage.  Proof of auto insurance required.
