Less abled WM 70, seeking email "pen pals", Females over 50

Hi I am a WM 70 in SJ, and looking for ladies over 50 to email and share ideas, situations, support of mutual values. I am mostly conservative but have some liberal positions depending on the issues. I am not able to walk too far or stand straight up for long without my walker due to disc issues in my lower back, but I can ride my mountain bicycle on the streets or mountain hills for miles without a problem. I have degrees in Biology, and was a contractor for 25 years. I enjoy researching medical issues, and I am a big fan of Vitamin D. I am an avid bird watcher, and animal enthusiast. I have rescued over a dozen stray cats, finding them permanent homes, and I feed over 12 cats nightly. Like everyone, I would like to be able to travel some. I'm just looking for ladies to chat with, share ideas, and correspond a little since being locked down, being less abled, and getting older sure has limited my ability to meet people. I am also an amateur historian for the Santa Clara Valley if that interests you at all. Any ideas how to find other pen pals? Maybe we could meet sometime for a bike ride or bird watching in the many parks around the area. Have a good day.
