Do you want to build confidence working with your dog while having some fun (and a little wine) with an amazing group of dog loving women?! This workshop series is designed for WOMEN who want to jump into the process of confidently working their dog... and have a WHOLE LOT of fun (and some wine) along the way! Our trainers will focus on how to reduce emotional conductivity, empower handlers to be "assertive" with out "being mean", build confidence in and focus on methods that use a female's body shape to their advantage, communicate effectively and thoroughly with their dog AND HOW TO TAKE THESE SKILLS AND APPLY THEM TOWARDS EVERYDAY LIFE! We do all of this while relaxing, having fun and sharing a glass of WINE with other women who share the same love of dogs! This two day workshop series is a comprehensive look into aspects of working dog training, handling & bond building that is perfectly tailored for WOMEN. Day 1 of the Workshop is Relax & Rejuvenate! 9/19/21It focuses on reducing anxiety & emotional conductivity, honest risk/threat assessment, self care importance for dog handler, positive mindsets and how they affect training (and life) and how to REJUVENATE your plans to reach your goals! Day 2 of the Workshop is Empower & Enact! 9/26/21Our trainers will teach you to empower yourself as an assertive and balanced pack leader by good communication, finding, identifying & acknowledging inner strength, plan building on the fly, forward and situational thinking/problem solving, and how to enact a training plan that meets your rejuvenated goals! Each day will have a structured schedule but will be held in the forum of informal talks, practical exercises with dogs, our "wine social" which will be a therapeutic sharing of goals, thoughts and community between women and demonstrations during our Self Care and Inner strength talks. The goal of these workshops is to use the concept of a well rounded and well balanced owner to institute and instill calm leadership in their dog or pack at home. Without a balanced and calm pack leader, a pack will not be able to reach a happy and calm state. And don't forget to TRAIN HARD, LOVE HARDER!
