PICNIC IN THE PARK LHS Class of 1981 invites YOU to join this ALL inclusive gathering of friends and family! * Friday, August 20, 2021 * 5:00pm thru 9:00pm * Casperson Park in Lakeville * Pavilion C on Lake Marion Special Invitation to Classes of 1979, 1980, 1982 and 1983. We were asked by the city to make sure all know the RULES of the park:1. Rental groups are responsible for proper disposal of trash/debris in their reserved area. 2. All motor vehicles will be parked in designated parking areas unless prior arrangements have been made. 3. It is unlawful for any person to consume intoxicating liquor within City parks, exclusive of beer and wine. HARD LIQUOR IS PROHIBITED. 4. Alcohol and tobacco are prohibited in ALL PARK BUILDINGS. 5. NO GLASS CONTAINERS of any kind are allowed on park property. 6. Fires are allowed in designated areas only. Fires must be completely extinguished before leaving the area. 7. Pig roasters are allowed only with a drip-proof, self contained unit. A park facility rental permit is required. 8. Moonwalks, dunk tanks, animal rides, and other amusement type facilities are prohibited. 9. Dogs must be on a leash, with only two exceptions. Dogs that receive an American Kennel Club “Canine Good Citizen” certificate or its approved equivalent or a dog fitted with an electronic collar can be “off-leash,” up to 25 feet. Pet owners are also required by ordinance to clean up any droppings left by their animals.
