This month, we will be joining Randy Hedgepath, TN State Naturalist, on an interpretive hike through Buggytop Cave, also known as Lost Cove Cave.
On this tour, Randy will guide us through the cave while telling stories of the area and teaching about local wildlife & geography.
ABOUT BUGGTOP CAVE:
From NOOGAtoday: The Buggytop entrance is so named because the curved overhanging bluff it sits at the base of somewhat resembles the top of a buggy. This is considered one of the most impressive cave entrances in Tennessee, with a 100-foot width and an 80-foot height beneath a towering 150-foot-high bluff.
Tickets are $15 per person to cover our special guest and emergency supplies. You can pay now through Facebook/Eventbrite (with their processing fees), or pay via card before the event. Pre-payment is required, as permits are limited to the cave.
