I need a helper for on a boat and dock

I am performing about a dozen projects on my boat, jetski, dock and my house. I need a helper. No experience or tools required. Some examples are, I am building a large deck, cleaning and waxing a boat, prepping several docks using a filler. The repaired dock will need to be painted. The motor on my boat winch has to be replaced, its pretty easy but for me at 72 years old, its more than I want to handle. Several days of work are ready to go. I will pay $100 for a short day up to 4 hours. For a day up to 8 hours I will pay $200. If anything else pops up or we need to go over 8 hours, you will be paid $25 an hour. I will pay in cash everyday when we quit for the day. The minimum I will pay for any day you show up is $100, even if its only an hour of work.
